Advanced Performance Management (APM) develops strategic performance measurement at an organisational level: designing control systems, evaluating performance across divisions, applying advanced frameworks, and considering environmental and social performance. It's the most strategic of the optional papers.

What does the APM course include?

The APM exam is 3h 15m long. APM is sat in the March, June, September and December sessions.
