Your recommended route through the Operational Level.
This is the order CIMA recommends in its exam blueprint, and the order the level is taught in here. The three Objective Tests can still be sat in any order; the case study comes once all three are passed.
Managing Finance in a Digital World
Start here, as CIMA recommends. E1 is the broadest of the three and the gentlest entry into the level, so it banks a pass early while you settle into the pace.
Management Accounting
Management accounting, and the subject the case study leans on hardest. Give the cost and budgeting material the practice time it needs, and keep it fresh going into the OCS.
Financial Reporting
Financial reporting, last of the three in CIMA's recommended order. Finish it well before the OCS pre-seen lands.
Operational Case Study
Three hours applying E1, P1 and F1 to a live scenario. The pre-seen drops about seven weeks before the window, so plan to finish your last Objective Test well before it.
