Changed your mind?
Here are the terms.
A full refund within 14 days of buying, as long as you have completed less than 20% of the course and have not submitted a full mock exam. That is the whole policy. The detail below is only there so nothing is a surprise.
When you can get a refund
- You ask within 14 days of buying the course.
- You have completed less than 20% of the lessons in it.
- You have not submitted a full mock exam, either an Objective Test mock or a Case Study mock.
- You bought directly from us. If someone else paid, such as your employer, the refund goes back to the card they paid with.
When you cannot
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Courses where you have completed 20% or more of the lessons. At that point the course has been supplied.
- Courses where you have submitted a full mock exam.
What happens once a refund goes through
Worth knowing before you ask, because two of these surprise people.
- When we refund a purchase in full, your access to that course closes at the same time, including its lessons, mock exams and marking.
- The amount refunded no longer counts as credit towards a larger pack if you buy again later.
- A pack is refunded as a whole. We do not refund part of a pack and leave the rest open.
How to ask
Email info@vivatuition.com from the address on your account and tell us which course. You do not need to give a reason. We will check your progress against these limits and reply within two working days.
This policy is about changing your mind. If something is wrong with a course, email us and we will put it right, whatever your progress.
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refund FAQs
Why 14 days and not longer?
Your course opens the moment you pay, with no expiry. 14 days is enough to decide the teaching is not for you, and the completion limit is there so the window is not used to take the course and then ask for the money back.
How do I know how much I have completed?
Your progress is shown on each course in your workspace. We check the same figure when you ask, so there is nothing to estimate or argue about.
What if I bought several subjects together?
A pack is one purchase. We refund the pack as a whole, judged on your progress across it. We do not refund individual subjects out of a pack.
How long does the money take to arrive?
We process approved refunds to your original payment method. Card refunds usually clear in 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
